Well aware my Lexmoto Street 125 has been discontinued. The excuse they use is that they are only an importer of bikes and are subject to the whims of the suppliers in China. So it's a false economy as you maybe one of the lucky ones that all consumables are available during your ownership period for your bike. But it's more likely that they will not be available.

All parts have been replaced but would not want to have the issues again. It's good info to be aware that most parts that are compatible for the Suzuki EN-125-2A are also workable with the Street. I don't want to come across as completely against Chinese bikes but my first-hand experience of support has coloured my view. The bike itself when in full working order is fine.

Get yourself to a shop and sit on the bikes, i'm not happy with my Arrow due to a poor gear linkage design witch makes rides endless amounts of hastle at times.
All in all, inspect the bike in person and look of for rust spots on the downpipes and nuts in general throughout the bike, the usual checks all over to identify scratches etc. Also best for you to start the bike from cold and listen out for any issues / signs of low rpm's or not running properly. Just be aware what choice you make that buying second hand means no warranty something used quite often on chinese bikes (as in my expeirence), be prepared to buy the £16-17 chinese haynes manual and learn from scratch or be prepared to pay high garage prices when something goes wrong. I'm confused as to how it being second hand makes it a better idea:S All that means is you don't even have a warranty to fall back on when in inevitably plays up!! And you don't even know if the engine was worn in properly. My Chinese bike was only £1300 brand new, and within a year I'd paid that much again for servicing.

Due to the 'no test ride' policy unless you have someone who's been through those problems often sales people in shops aren't going to be honest with you until well after you've made the purchase.
Once your engine is warm (see 'Fuel and engine'), test opening and closing the throttle- without 'revving' excessively. If your throttle action is not smooth, add lubrication to the throttle cable (see your Dealer). I've never (thus far) had any issues with parts supply and while under warrenty every replacement part I've ever needed has been done (or so the shop says) without question (providing you keep the bike dealer serviced for the warrenty). I'd say it is unknown ground (to me) but if anything I'd like to think it effects future Lexmoto buyers rather than present Vixen/Arrow owners (providing parts support continues) because the new-er (re-branded) models are not all that well known vs bikes that have been around an age.
